De Aanbestedende Dienst nodigt u hierbij uit om deel te nemen aan een Marktconsultatie . Binnen de Defensie Pijpleiding Organisatie is er een behoefte aan levering van Near Infra Red Inline Ananlysis System. Het is niet de bedoeling dat u als genteresseerde marktpartij op dit moment al een gedetailleerde aanbieding maakt. De Aanbestedende dienst wenst met deze marktconsultatie een goed beeld te krijgen van de mate van interesse en de mogelijkheden in de markt en welke optie het meest passend is voor de behoefte. In deze tender treft u alle relevante informatie omtrent de marktconsultatie. Mocht u vragen hebben, dan kunt u deze stellen in de Vraag & Antwoordmodule. U heeft tot in de planning aangegeven datum 10-01-2022 de tijd om deel te nemen aan deze marktconsultatie. De procedure verloopt volledig elektronisch via het online aanbestedingsplatform Negometrix. The Defence Pipeline Organisation has a future demand for a Near Infra-Red -Inline analysis system. Before a future invitation to tender is written and published, the Defence Pipeline Organisation, contracting authority conducts a market consultation. The general purpose of this market consultation is to investigate whether any market parties are interested in the future contract, whether the requirements are realistic, whether the future contract is feasible, and what preconditions would apply. The contracting authority also wishes to gather information and insights from market parties for inclusion in the final tender. It must be stressed that this market consultation is not part of the tendering procedure. Participation in the market consultation is completely voluntary and will in no way affect a party's participation in a future tender. Parties cannot claim compensation for any costs incurred in the context of this market consultation. No rights can be derived from the information provided in the context of this market consultation. This applies to both the Defense Pipeline Organization and to the market parties. Information provided during the market consultation can differ from the information provided at a later stage for the purposes of a future tendering procedure. Finally, the Defense Pipeline Organization reserves its right to partially or wholly suspend proceedings related to the market consultation and/or the future tendering procedure. |
